This deck renovation features a custom, low maintenance screened porch. This screened in porch adds ample living space for these homeowners and offers a place to entertain outside while still being protected from the elements.

Custom features of the screened porch include cedar ceilings and stone walls. The cedar is resistant to damage from insects and weather making it a great choice for the inside of this screened in porch. Cedar does not bow or sag over time which is why we prefer using it for ceilings. The skylights add wonderful natural light to the space making it a warm and inviting living space.

We added a beautifully hand crafted Nicolock patio which is the perfect platform for their hot tub. This outdoor space is great for entertaining!
