Custom Deck Installation

For this Upper Marlboro home, we used a custom Fiberon Ipe decking with TimberTech railing. The low-profile deck railingprovides maximum visibility for anyone sitting on the deck. A must have for this beautifully wooded backyard.

Custom Patio & Retaining Wall

In addition to their custom deck, this homeowner wanted a matching patio off the side of the deck—complete with a beautiful retaining wall. We chose our ever popular Nicolock patio pavers for this multicolored patio and walkway. The patio adds even more usable space to this backyard and is both appealing to the eye and functional.

To finish off this one of a kind backyard, we added LED lighting by “I-Lighting” to illuminate walkways and steps. Not only is this a great safety feature but it puts the finishing touches on this completely customized deck and patio.
