Covered Porches

Covered porches are one of our main services and a significant share of the larger projects we sign each year, often included in custom outdoor living space design in Anne Arundel County, MD.

Yes. Every project goes through 3D interactive design, where we model your house’s structure so you can see the roof pitch, post placement, ceiling height, and how the space relates to existing rooms. No materials get ordered until you have signed off on the 3D version.
Porches run longer than open decks because of the roofing and finish work. Most porch projects take two to three weeks on site once construction begins.
What is the price range for a covered or screened porch?
Larger porch projects, especially screened porches with an adjoining open deck, fall at the higher end of our price range and are among the bigger jobs we sign each year. We will give you a clear number after the in-home consultation.
