Yes. Every project goes through 3D interactive design, where we model your house's structure so you can see the roof pitch, post placement, ceiling height, and how the space relates to existing rooms. No materials get ordered until you have signed off on the 3D version.

How long does a covered or screened porch take to build?

Porches run longer than open decks because of the roofing and finish work. Most porch projects take two to three weeks on site once construction begins.

What is the price range for a covered or screened porch?

Larger porch projects, especially screened porches with an adjoining open deck, fall at the higher end of our price range and are among the bigger jobs we sign each year. We will give you a clear number after the in-home consultation.

Do you build porches and patios as combination projects?

Yes. A screened porch with an adjoining open deck or a paver patio at the ground level is a common configuration, and we design the whole thing in 3D so the spaces flow.

What is included in your 5-year warranty?

Most of our deck projects land in the $40,000 to $60,000 range, with larger screen porch and deck combinations going higher. We do not take on repair work or projects under 200 sq. ft.
